Obviously, as a nightmare, he has very frightening features, such as his gray eyes, glowing red irises and white pupils, and his set of sharp teeth. He retains his iconic accessories, albeit the top hat is more longer and the bow tie has two strings dangling from the center, and he even sports a vest with white stars decorated in it.

Frightbear appears to be an animatronic with no signs of segmented parts of his suit, instead, his is entirely made out of fabric sewn together, including a plastic peach face with an elderly, distressed look.
